It's a scam, didn't show up emailed and called, text multiple times

No reply.

It's a shame because I wanted to support ex service man and thought it was a great idea shame on you for using our ex service mans honours in a fraud

We had a uncertain start with when the cleaning would happen and we were not convinced it had happened every 4 weeks. We were asked if we wanted the rear windows cleaned during one visit which lead me to believe it had not happened previously. We were obviously paying for the whole house to be done, so it was a concern. Since then, we seem to have had a good standard of service and we continue to monitor the service.
