We have tried other answering services none of them compared to Answering Service Care. They have excellent phone skills, our patient's are never left on hold. The calls are answered by the 3rd ring. The messages are well taken and complete. Best of all they screen the calls very well knowing what is a true emergency or not.

Spoke with Maria, the account manager in Client Relations, and she handled my concerns in a professional manner, extremely courteous, empathetic, and very kind. She fixed our account and I am so happy to be able to work with the Answering Service Care company again! I used to be an agent with them 10 years ago and still use skills taught from this company in my every day life. They are the best answering service company nationwide!
