We cannot read your bills, the billing system stinks! You need a new system. You bill backwards and it is confusing., The fact that we can't pay by credit card without being charged for it is horrendous. we were threatened to be cut off last month when I went over everything with Jarod and we were preparing to send in the balance. the email was rude, and we were not treated like a customer that has been with you several years. When we do use you, the girls are terrific but it is the billing system and the billing people in charge that make us think we should go another way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
