It is a reacquiring problem that our calls take an unacceptable time to answer. We have called on several occasions to verify and the complaint hold true. I have asked for a manager to call to rectify and I get no follow up.

The fees are fair. Our messages are received timely and when you call for help you get a friendly professional capable of answering our questions the first time.
They have become a valuable extension to our offices in California and Colorado.

"Incomplete messages"
These are all different issues that we have experienced:
Some messages are sent with incomplete information.
Our Customer's account number is not captured. The company name is misspelled making it harder to look them up if the Customer number is not provided.
The full message is not provided and when we listen to the recording there is critical information mentioned that would have been helpful at the time the message was received.
There isnt a mention of you being our answering service so our Customer thinks they are speaking with us.
These issues are not occurring back to back but often enough to mention for quality assurance. If specific examples are needed, they can be found in our history. I will mention that when i have the time to report a specific example, I receive a response pretty quickly. The problem is I dont have the time to report each one.
