Company has broken consumers act, misleading sales online, images of a different bag online only to receive totally different coloured bag - having emailed the company three times they refused to pay for any return cost of bag, claiming it to be my error - despite sending them image of what's listed and what was received are totally different colours - no accountability, breaking the consumers act and misleading people , misleading me to purchase. Very unhappy, customer service none existent - passive aggressive on email and generally rude and unhelpful

Not only did they have the product I wanted but the delivery was fast. Ordered 1 Jan, shipped 2 Jan and received today. Considering it’s been New Year this is excellent.
