"Continuous Issues"
I’ve continued to have issues with the company call takers for sending out alarms out correctly. It seems that when we get a call for our company, the call taker does not complete the correct information from time to time, does not spell the name of the call correctly leaving us guessing sometimes what it is that the call is and where, and they hit or miss with sending alarms when received immediately. These are all items that I continually have to reach out to the supervisors of our account to remediate immediately. It is exhausting to have to continually repeat myself with the same issues time and time again, and we pay a lot of money each month for mediocre services I feel like.

Answernet is a wonderful answering service. We have used several answering services in the past. At Answernet, the managers listen to requests and help facilitate the script . If there is an issue with the operators, The Answernet manager helps to correct the issue and/ or suggest a different way to word the script.

Over the last 2 years the service has severely declined. Our customers experience extremely long hold times which I'm sure means potential customers hang up prior to anyone answering. In March of this year we noticed no messages coming through, after almost a week of realizing business wasn't slow and that it was our answering service, we put in a ticket. A week later the issue still wasn't fixed. I'm sure with my large volume and it taking me a week to realize the full disaster that smaller customers don't even know the problem occurred. After over a week they stated that after reaseraching my ticket that AOL and yahoo messages weren't going out yet they still didnt notify any customers. If you're a customer then check your messages or lack of from at least March 22- April 5. It took another whole week for the issue to be corrected. So for 2 weeks we weren't getting our calls due to their issues. When we asked for a 2 week refund we were told no. Needless to say we're switching to a competitor. If you're a customer be sure you check March 22 - April 5th as they had major issues they arent taking responsibility for. Robyn is the most useless employee, hopefully she'll gain you another $1000plus customer a month since she couldn't retain us with a measley credit. Bad bad business

The communication at AnswerNet is outstanding, which is the reason why I am honored to partner with them. Although mistakes can occur, the team goes above and beyond to ensure the agent knows the feedback. I've always had AnswerNet on the radar since I started searching for a company that can help with my communication needs. I've always had AnswerNet on the radar since I started searching for a company that can help with my communication needs. When I started out at a radio station, we looked into AnswerNet as an option with Jim. Because of this situation, I can't comment on much experience with Jim, who recently retired and I congratulate him for the work he's done for the company. However, the station (I previously worked with and no longer do) felt it wasn't in the budget.
I revisited AnswerNet a few years later and happened to be connected with Christine, who has recently been hired at AnswerNet. Let me tell you, she is the sweetest, most respected, and hard-working person I have met. In the industry in sales, I truly appreciate her patience. She is a gem to AnswerNet, and I can't recommend her enough as a person to be connected to. When Christine and I had our first meetings over a year ago, she was able to build a customized plan that worked in my budget, which I valued and respected, which made my choice to go with AnswerNet an obvious choice.
She then connected me with the Allentown location, with originally Noelle, who no longer works there, and Samantha, Sherry, Amanda, and Karen, who serve as supervisors and managers at the Allentown location. These ladies work very closely to get my account set up to be able to train their agents into the amazing answering service team I could ask for. After reviewing what else they have to offer, I discovered I could use them to help me send interview reminders to my people who will be appearing on my radio show.
Christine, once again, was able to score me a great deal and get dedicated agent time with Tammy and Jessica. By the way, Tammy has been the sweetest person I've worked with as well as Jessica. In conclusion, I appreciate the collaboration between KJG Media and Promotions, The Kayden Gordon Show, Today's Best Country Mix and AnswerNet, and the feedback that has been given to the team.

"STORY of my lost 5,000 CAD"
STORY of my lost 5,000 CAD for Answer Net & their national sales manager (Greg Bloom) >>> I have been their customer for 2-3 years for telephone services, which was great.
Then, I decided to pay them for representative calling services, which was a NIGHTMARE. They provided a closed!!!!! bank account and my 5,000 CAD got lost, and they did almost NOTHING to get the money back from the bank during 1 YEAR of my wasted time.
Also, DON'T expect an apology from them, because they have not been tought to apologize for their DISASTEROUS mistakes.
If you want to work with them, try to transfer 100 CAD first to make sure not get into this trap, because NO ONE will care about your money & time.
