How quiet my office is now is amazing. Should have done this years ago. You give me all the information I need from each important call and the rest you tell me about the next day. I would recommend your service in a heartbeat. Best decision I have made in 2020.

We signed up with a contract. From the start there were issues where we were not getting messages that were left while testing their service. I called myself a couple of times and the calls dropped. On the 3rd time someone finally picked up and sounded like they just woke up with a very unprofessional tone. They did not identify themselves at all. Each additional time a test call was made there was an issue. I did not want to expose our business to this. I was also not confident they would relay all messages taken because I did not receive any from my test calls. They chalked it up to a system error. Out of our prepaid minutes, all but the small amount we used to testing were unused and they still refused to refund the payment. No luck getting it back any they require you to sign a contract.
