"Do not use, scam!"
Although a few employees seemed good, the company as a whole and the entire process was a disaster. Incredibly shady and pretty sure they are a scam.
Hired them initially for a new business initiative. Had issues for weeks with getting things started. the contract promised for 5 agents to be working and for the project to be completed in a matter of 3 weeks. (475 hours of calls), which was prepaid. If things went well, we intended to expand this. 4 months later, they had 1 dialer, which used up 32.25 hours, the calls they made were not good (verified by 1 person they called), and no follow ups. It crippled the business, and I had to shut things down.
Talked to the management team about getting a refund for the balance, which they agreed to on zoom... and then went silent. Sent them a notice that I'd be talking to my lawyer, which got them communicating again, saying they sent it to their accounting department, but refused to give any contact for the department. Then they went silent again... Still nothing. Sent a letter from the lawyer, still nothing. They crippled the business from not following up on the contract, and now won't give back the large sum I had to prepay.

"I worked for this company for about a year in a half"
I worked for this company for about a year in a half. When I first started the company was honestly all over the place (it was owned by someone prior before answernet brought it) there was alot of unfair things going on and the employees weren't treated very well. When answernet brought the company that is when everything changed. I got a new manager by the name of Noelle this women was a God sent ! She made my time at answernet one to remember she always made sure I was ok and she made sure that she worked with my schedule when I was having trouble in my life. I will never forget her as a Manger and to this day I miss being with the company because of her. She is truly an angel 😇 Noelle is no longer in the office I was once at (I am no longer with the company)but would recommend this job to anyone looking ! The company is amazing as well and will work with you through any and every issue you have ! Noelle if you ever see this i want to thank you for being who you are and giving me the chance to work with the company ! You will never be forgotten ❤️

I needed to reach out to AnswerNet both last week and today for assistance. Jennifer Shigley has exceeded my expectations. Not only was she thorough in her help she also had to work with another department to ensure I was being helped on a different subject and she followed back up with me to see if the other department had reached out to me.

Management will increase your workload tenfold then mock you when you ask for a raise. Pay rate is far below national average and the company is more disorganized than anything.
All positive reviews on this company are fabrications from a corporate echo chamber. probably management making several accounts and artificially boosting their numbers. pathetic.

I will not leave my name, but I will leave my raving comment. I am in process of interviewing with this company. THEY ARE AMAZING!!!! I am so excited at the prospect of joining this organization. Whether they select me or not, I am so appreciative for even being considered. My desire is to become an integral part. I just want people to know on the outside, that they are genuine on the inside!

My company hired AnswerNet to do outbound lead generation calls. Prior to signing the contract, I asked the salesperson, if they had experience in our industry and the results. He stated that all their clients in our industry always renew their contract. I signed and paid their invoice, with an expected start date in two week. It took them two months to get ready to start. Once they did we were in our slow part of the year. Out of 100 marketing hours with a national average of 2% success rate they produced nothing. Not one thing. And yet felt justified in keeping 100% of the money. During the campaign we even suggested that they change to the campaign that another business in our industry was using and success with(so they said.) Again, nothing. This is what I know for sure. They lied to me about their expertise and they lied about their success in my industry. They made these misrepresentations to entice us to sign a no return contract.. Please beware of these people.

This is the worst answering service I have encountered. We used to have academy group in hackensack, NJ, but they got bought out by this company and we have had nothing but problems.

I love working from home, and I love working for AnswerNet in the FineLine Division. Probably the best place I've ever worked. The people are so nice, and I am just so thrilled to work for them. I think the only other time I loved working this much was when I worked with special needs kids as a TA. It's awesome loving what you do everyday ❤️

"Emergency call on a Saturday"
Our patient called our office on Saturday morning 1/8/22. She spoke with a operator from AnswerNet who reviewed her concerns and realized this indeed was an emergency concern. She took all the patients information and called Dr. Lambiris promptly.
Our patient was seen at Sarasota Memorial ER that morning and her cheek was sutured by Dr. Lambiris.
Our patient’s mother called me Monday morning, 1/10/22 to let me know how caring our answering service was and how her daughter was calmed and assured she would contact Dr. Lambiris immediately.
I want to thank not only the operator who received the call, Terri Chieffo but also Patrice who handles all our calls and concerns. She has always communicated with me over the past 10 years and has always gone over and beyond in my opinion. Her staff have been trained well and people like Terri are hard to come by. I thank you all for putting the patient first. Thank you so much for caring about our patients as well.
