The product is great and I was happy with the final results. The only thing I would say is that New Smile could try to deliver a little more expediently. I had to wait for my aligners for more than 3 months and I had to make several calls to check on the progress. However their customer service is very friendly and generally responds within 24 hours. On occasion and to my puzzlement I was addressed as John rather than my name but generally I would recommend their product & service but do not expect miracles!

My experience with New smile has been very positive, my only disappointment was my final retainer didn’t last very long and I had to pay out quite quickly for a stronger one which took a few weeks to be delivered. But my teeth look great and I would definitely recommend this company

Don't trust these guys, read the Reviews not the Stats! Almost all those positive reviews are just from the aligner impression sessions, NOT from actual results!
When you realise they aren't going to deliver any results and ask for a refund........
Refunds never happen. Eventually got sent a preview of my treatment, little improvement so requested a refund, they played me along then said 5 months had passed and refused to refund, currently trying to claim through court. Avoid at all costs

Don’t waste your time. It has been a month since I requested a refund as the payment was wrongfully taken and I am still no closer to receiving it. I had a phone call from a rep saying I didn’t complete my purchase but the money came from my account and I received WhatsApp messages confirming purchase. I decided not to go ahead due to bad reviews and deciding to do with a different company. Terrible customer service and absolutely no reason why the refund couldn’t have been processed instantly. Avoid avoid avoid!!

I signed up for this, paid my deposit and have also paid my last two monthly payments and still not had any treatment.
Impressions were not accepted, had to pay more for another impression kit. I visited my dentist who completed some impressions for me so they would pass, the dentist was shocked to see how little amount of putty they give, basically setting you up to fail so you have to spend more money with them.
The impressions my dentist completed the company still declined- when I said I wasn’t happy they offered a sample ligner to trial for 2 weeks which I agreed to, then they said they couldn’t do it.
Then I was offered a 3D scan in London which is a 8 hour journey from my house so I declined. They said they would get my booked in for a 3D scan locally. I waited 2.5 weeks to then be told they couldn’t find anywhere local and asked where I would travel to. I gave a location 1.5 hours away, again I waited 2 weeks and heard nothing.
I requested them to pause my payments until I got my money back, they said they could request it but still took my money.
I made several attempts to contact saying I would like my money back as this is now fraud, they are taking all my money with no treatment and not doing what their website advertises. A call from their staff today stated they’ll give me my monthly payments back in 90 days!!!!!!! And will not refund my deposit, this is a scam website, do not use!!! I am reporting to news papers, magazines, socials, the ombudsman and trading standards. I have also filed a police report for fraud!
