Overall, the user interface and support are great.
In terms of the package fee, it is slightly a bit expensive to get extra points. However, if you are desperate to get more points and do not care about the cost, the premium subscription is a good choice.

As a business we use Pay.com.au to pay some of our suppliers. There was a payment dispute and funds were returned very quickly due to incorrect details. Pay.com.au have worked very quickly to recover funds and redistributed to the correct channels
