Customer service and account assistance is always prompt and great. It's so far been an easy to use system to start earning more points for flight redemptions, but it does cause delays in payroll and suppliers receiving funds - so it's something we always have to be mindful of.

I called the number for pay.com.au and clicked number 3 to go through to talk to someone, and it kept looping over and over to the same blurb on the phone...stuck in a loop.....hmmmmm, feels dodgy....so pressed 2 and got through to someone in a call centre and couldn't hear because 3 other people were taking on th epohone next to them, sounded like call centre in India...could'nt hear them nor felt this was professional. if this is their shop window I am not investing my money here.
