"Brilliant company!"
Really great company to deal with. I ordered a terrarium for my son for Christmas, it was despatched within a day or so. It arrived beautifully packaged, the contents were well protected and clear instructions on how to set it up. I would definitely recommend this company and their products. I shall be ordering more from them!

"Absolutely rubbish"
Absolutely rubbish! Got given a 3 month subscription £128 (discounted price). As far as I can see u receive 3 plants - 1 a month (roughly £42 each, which is already really steep). The 1st plant was a tiny, 5" Xmas tree (probably £5 from a supermarket) a week AFTER Xmas!!! Complete chancers. Also the plant didn’t come in a pot - a bit of a joke for £42.

Ordered a Jungle Plant terrarium on 7th December. Notified of dispatch the same day.
I have ended up in the same Evri black hole as many other. Evri have never received the parcel, and Bloombox haven’t responded to emails.
Also I would advise not unsubscribing from Bloom Boxes email newsletter, as in direct contravention of GDPR you will be bombarded by emails asking you to subscribe!!
EDIT- The replacement arrived promptly and I am very happy with the design and quality of the product.

"Customer service is slow/non…"
Customer service is slow/non responsive.
Placed my order with them on the 9th December with promises of delivery before Christmas.
They posted it out through Evri which has been a ordeal of its own. I was then told to contact the seller who has ignored my emails and chat box.
Can't review the product properly because it never arrived. This could very easily been avoided if they had choose a reliable delivery service.

"25 days and counting…."
I placed my order on 15th November as it was showing 3 to 4 working days for delivery. It is now 9th December and the plant I ordered still hasn’t arrived.
Customer services are responsive and have now stated my original order must be ‘lost in transit’ so they have placed a further order. Still no sign of that one though. They also have an irritating feature on their website that means you get an automatic advertising email every time you check for progress on your order.
I would not use this company again.

My experience with Bloombox has been exceptional. Terrarium incl. plants arrived quickly & in A* condition. I had one query with was replied to within 2 working days - really good Customer Service!

After my Trust pilot review Bloombox apologised and sent another fresher plant. Luckily the recipient is a transplant surgeon and managed to rescue plant number one and is now the happy owner of two Bloombox plants.

"its been over 3 weeks since i ordered…"
its been over 4 weeks since i ordered and still dont have my plants. Customer service are quick to respond and say theyll follow it up but i dont need a pen pal. i just want the plants i bought over 4 weeks ago.

"Gorgeous plants and wonderful customer service"
I had ordered 3 plants from Bloombox: the first 2 arrived quickly and in perfect condition (and I have high standards), but unfortunately there were problems with the third.
Their customer service was exemplary - they immediately contacted the delivery company and were quick to apologise and send me a replacement which arrived in beautiful condition.
At every stage their customer service team responded immediately and with a lot of kindness. I was really pleased with the service. The plants are also gorgeous and good value for money.

I have ordered a few times from Bloombox - plants & pots for our offices in London, Leeds and Birmingham. The plants arrived on time, well packaged and healthy. The customer service is responsive.
Would definitely recommend.
The only issue I had was with EVRI couriers, which wasn't Bloombox's fault.
