Excellent Service and Advice.
Company were very helpful when I asked them to look at a bike purchased elsewhere (which didn't work). They gave very good advice and then offered a very good deal on a new purchase. Would fully recommend to anyone wishing to purchase a bike.

I can only say that it was a pleasure visiting the store. Matt and Dean are extremely knowledgable, helpful and informative.
The bikes were paid for and delivered free to Andover within a couple of days.
I would highly recommend this specialist store.

Surge bikes exceeded expectation of purchasing an electric bike. Their knowledge, range of bikes, competitive pricing, accessories and contact were all exceptional.
I had almost given up purchasing a bike at this surreal time as I didn’t get any replies or calls from other cycle shops I had contacted. However, Surge bikes contacted me almost immediately and within a couple of days personally delivered the bike and accessories. I would most definitely recommend and buy from them again.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT BIKE:
I would like to thank Matt for his help and knowledge in the choice of my wife's first e-bike, we live in a very hilly area and the bike has proven to be a perfect match for her.

SERVICE:
With the lockdown of COVID-19 the shop needed to temporarily close so a delivery service was set up, the bike was delivered to me with all social distancing respected and at the same time explaining how to use the bike.

RECOMMENDATION:
I would feel comfortable in recommending SURGEBIKES to any of my friends and family, I'm also thinking of now purchasing one for myself.

I recently purchased my first two electric bikes from Surge Bikes. Excellent service and pleasant manner of staff swayed me. Technical support and after sales follow up been very good. You can also try bikes in a quiet environment without traffic near to shop. Prices were very competitive as well. Thoroughly recommend.
