"SHOCKING customer service"
There is nothing wrong at all with the training videos and the portal is a smooth and easy to use LMS. However, the customer service we have received has been shocking right from the off.
We were unknowingly tied into a 3 year subscription contract that we didn't want, and when we asked for this to be reflected in our invoice and changed to the original 1 year we agreed, the emails went ignored and unanswered.
We have received demands for payments every few weeks for a service we have not used and do not want. When we try to liaise with them re this and provide evidence that we don't have any outstanding amounts owed to them, these these emails conveniently go unanswered but another demand for payment will soon come through.
No one wants to help, the account manager says it's not his job, the accounts team say they will come back to you and never do.
For this reason we as a company will never use this service again, it has been unprofessional from start to finish which is disappointing as the platform itself is fantastic.

This course doesn’t include any specific knowledge about my work place. Is strictly theoretical and will not help me to take best action in case of fire in my work place. Learning a static is pointless for the subject. Lack solid knowledge about how to use fire extinguisher.

The subject matter was tedious in the extreme but the trainer was competant and easy to listen to so it made what would have been torture a fairly pleasant experience. The extra material was presented as well which made that bearable too.
