I'd even watch it again before my certificate expires, as it was genuinely enjoyable to watch, and you don't often feel that way about workplace training content!

I found this course interesting, informative and pertinent to any situation. Made up of succinct sections with breaks built in to allow refreshment and reflection. Questions at intervals tested understanding of training delivered. Easily achievable within an evening. I may go through the course again to look at the additional support information provided under each topic.
