I was ordering 2x training courses (L2 Food and Hygiene) on behalf of a primary school and Daniel was ever so helpful down the phone and via email. He was confident describing what the training provides and the high quality learning that each trainee would receive. I made a mistake and ordered it for the wrong member of staff however Daniel was prompt with his responses, reassuring me that he would take care of the matter for me. Happy to say, the correct member of staff is going to receive training if it wasn't for Dan being speedy to the rescue, amending my error. The overall process was very easy and helpful. have been using iHasco for quite a few years now, and the online learning is excellent informative and easy to understand - I have done the manual handling and have had the rest of the staff do this course, the cost is negligible, as the end result can save you your health and also save the company thousands in lost time due to staff being off. this course is to the point and highlights all major issues and what to watch out for- 10/10 - certificate at the end also!
