This course was very informative, engaging and clear. I’m so glad I took notes to help with the test. I knew there was a test but thought I was doing it during the slides so I was a bit taken aback when there were a further 20 more questions 🤪 I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed this course. 👍 I was shocked to see the people during the setup interview did not leave though 🤦🏼‍♀️

This course made me think about my past behaviour and attitudes. I liked the ethos that we should be kind in the work place, to each other and ourselves. We should be free to be ourselves and accept others as they are. The work place is about people primarily - it’s not all the ‘cut n thrust’ of business that should come first. The course made me want to dig deeper into E,D and I.

This course was easy to follow with step by step instructions.
Many other courses I've completed online have had lots of irrelevant information in them coursing confusion and misleading the trainee.
This course was straight to the point with simple to follow instructions with non of the usual misleads irrelevant info.

I would highly recommend it.
