"A 'Must-Do' Course"

This course is an extremely comprehensive overview of all the areas that one needs to be aware of regarding the safeguarding of children. Given the large amount of information, however, it would have been helpful to have a a few quick questions at the end of each section just to help consolidate the copious amount of facts, which the student is being asked to absorb.

Lifting can occur on an every day basis so its good to be reminded of the basics and doing all lifting tasks correctly.

The First Aid at Work Refresher course was delivered very well, it was clear and easy to follow. I didn't think I needed a refresher course at the moment, but it did cover several things I had not learnt before. You never know when you will need First Aid, within the family or community, not just at work.

Found this course covers the subject well and was broken down into small easy to follow chunks. Simple everyday language used and key topics repeated in slides. This meant I felt confident in tackling the assessment without having to re-read any part of the course.
