The only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel Imperial and Metric measurements should be used especially for the more mature amongst us! Nevertheless a great course and some good information and tips , Thank you

I feel far worse after taking the course than before I started!
What exactly was the intent? I’m a adult woman, there was nothing in this that helped in any way at all!
None of it had any bearing on the way I work, I found it insulting and worrying.

I would like you to make adjustments on:
*Adding the option "I don't know or I'm not sure" in your answers, specially in the assessment tool.
*Avoiding the use of abreviations where necessary because some of us might not know the meaning and that will create a gap in the trainee's understanding of the course.

Very informative and well presented. provides some valuable key points as to what to do in the event of a fire, and how to conduct a fire drill,
Also detailed information on how to tackle a fire, what equipment to use, and when to leave it and evacuate.
