The outline of the course was clear, and broken down into manageable sections, and outlined succinctly below the video screen. The presenter was perfectly neutral in her delivery, a very difficult task with such potentially emotive content. In fact all of the actors did a good job, not overdoing it, and yet getting the serious message across through their 'silent speech'. The links associated with each video were helpful. The animation, with the train, the Volkswagens, and the playground were well done, not twee, but soft and sensitive enough to keep the content light. The content was understandable and presented so that it was easily digested and remembered.
