This is a great approach to raise awareness and to give straight forward, practical advice for recognizing and treating mental health issues as they arise. It is framed in a positive, non-judgmental delivery and could go a long way towards reducing the stigma attached to mental health and those who want to seek help, but feel like they can't, due to workplace perceptions and prejudices.

A very comprehensive course, lots of information to take on board. Many things are common sense of course but good to be reminded. A good balance of useful general information and legal requirements.

A great course that was easy to follow and well explained. I found it useful to have the extra resources available for each slide if you wanted to read about it more or needed further explanation. Multiple choice questions made the quiz user friendly and easy to access.

The videos with the actors were really helpful; it was helpful to hear someone speaking and not have to read lots of text. A lot of it was fairly obvious but not all of it, and some of it was actually very useful in an immediate way (e.g. it has prompted me to go change my passwords!). Thanks.

The content is great and very well structured. Having gone through many of the issues discussed, I can honestly say the course would help break the stigma to friends and colleagues who may not have experienced some of the issues yet.
