Every individual we worked with while planning our trip was very responsive and extremely helpful. I would definitely use Onefinestay again!

"Lovelly location,but terrible mantainance"

This is a terrific location, quiet street but one block away of local shops and tube station. The flat is great decoration and furnishings but the upkeep of the building and bones is terrible.
The water is super hard, the bathrooms have No isolation, they are freezing. And the stairs to the flat are dirty, old and dark, not even light bulbs.

One fine stay were very polite and responsive.

There was an issue with the lift. The description of the flat did not state whether there was one or not, so I made a specific enquire and was told that there was.

Unfortunately for us it stopped working a few days into our stay creating a problem for my mate whose arthritis flared up due to excessive walking.
He was able to get down the stairs for our departure but not without a lot of pain.

I did report it but getting it serviced quickly was not possible.

I suspect that there had been an ongoing problem with this lift which was not disclosed.

The flat was fabulous, incredible location and a real experience . The 1st night we had some issues with the shower and OFS staff were responsive and resolved the issue within an appropriate amount of time . They were a first class service and compensated us for the trouble .

We highly recommend one fine stay and the flat we stayed in in Belsize Park .

We have had good experiences with One Fine Stay, and I will continue to use them. The flat that we stayed in was in a great location and it was nearly perfect for our needs. Also, the team that we dealt with at One Fine Stay was responsive and attentive. I've subtracted one star for two reasons. First, we really struggled with the internet in the flat, and while the team was responsive they compounded the problem by giving us a dongle with an incorrect password. Also, although we liked the flat, there wasn't enough storage space for all of our clothes.

We had a very enjoyable stay in your Alba Place mews home. Great location right off Portobello Road - so near the market and great restaurants and shops.
Tube station a 5 minute walk .
A peaceful haven in a busy area - cozy and well equipped home.
Felt very safe due to the private news entrance.

Amazing experience from start to finish. We have used quite a few different villa rental companies, but this was the best. Our rep NIcole was on top of every detail throughout our special trip - which was amazing - and flawless! Highly recommend.
