"We had a good experience with…"

We had a good experience with Onefinestay booking an apartment in Paris, although there is room for improvement. I found the admin and paperwork to be overkill for renting a flat for a long weekend - particularly in comparison to competitors such as Air bnb. We were also required to leave a significant deposit at the time of booking which has yet to be returned - I personally think companies should only take this deposit a few days before as there is no need to hold this months in advance. Ditto it should be returned within a shorter time frame than 30 days.

"Lots to complain about"

Host was 25 minutes late to meet us leaving us waiting at the gate after trans Atlantic flight with young kids
Had to be pushed for an apology
Food hadnt arrived wed ordered
Pool was cold despite me reminding the team constantly how important it was to the kids that we get off the plane and jump in the pool
They eventually got it working 24 hours later but the pool never stayed hot and for the last 2 weeks was no heat at all - pool was main point of decision to rent this house and OFS knows that
Still no one offered a discount for this
Text coms with one fine stay broke down im the last week
OFS customer phone sometimes took 20 minutes to answer
Cleaners were lovely but some woman overseeing them was walking through the house one day without introducing herself - i had to ask concerned she could have been anyone
Next day we learnt she’d accused us of smoking in the house dispite us having a 3 year old and zero evidence
Gavyn was nice
But i would expect a substantial discount for the lack of working pool and nothing was offered apart from a free late check out (a few hours) after 41 days there
Felt i was sold a first class service for first class money but only received premium economy at best
That is me being kind
Would not recommend to friends

"I have found a very cute cottage in…"

I have found a very cute cottage in High str. Kensington London ,through "one fine stay" which I booked for 40 days at Xmas 2022 and through January 2023. My daughter who lives in London had a viewing in August 2022 and while on face time she showed me a contruction (of the same owners) taking place across the entrance of the cottage. We also noticed that almost all the closets of the bedrooms as well all available storage was full of the owners' perosnal clothes ,shoes and other belongings. Before booking the flat , I was reassured in writting that all personal belongings would have been removed and that the contsruction site would have been completed by the end of October 2022. Upon my arrival on the 20th of December 2022 the contruction site was not completed and no one had informed me about it. The entrance of the cottage was full of mud and debris from the contrcuction as well as an unwanted fridge abandoned on the side of the main door. The closets were full with the owners clothes and nothing was removed until about 12 days after Christmas . In the mean time I had all my clothes laying on the bed of the second bedroom ...The nuisancefrom the construction and the muddy entrance became even worse about a week before my departure when they started building a fence which blocked my way to the door completely. They offered a 10% discount and a 10 % voucher for a future stay and they were very kind to me. Especially a lady called Martha. The general experience of my stay was not pleasant.

We were originally bounced around a bit...had a concierge who was completely unresponsive before someone got us in touch with a new concierge, Ariella, who was fantastic and helped us with all our questions/planning. We had a wonderful trip!

Everything was organized and tidy, and the staff treated us professionally, they were kind, and inquiries are answered promptly.

We have always had a great experience when using Onefinestay for our holiday rentals. The properties are just as represented, and the support -on the website, the booking team, check in and the support while you are on the premises is fantastic! We have from time to time needed help with an issue and they are always responsive and helpful to resolve whatever the problem is or answer the question. It is the first place we look for rentals when we travel to one of their destinations. Thanks so much OFS!

Although pre-check-in services were not so great (concierge, booking additional services), everything during out stay was absoutely perfect

"Cozy flat in Kensington"

We thoroughly enjoyed the time on Harcourt Terrace. The location was perfect for us. It is a nice quiet neighborhood but convenient to shops and restaurants and the Tube. The bed was comfortable, the shower and bath worked well, and it was nice to have a smart TV and reliable Wi-Fi. Only two possibilities for improvement: a grab bar in the shower would be nice, and the sofa in the living room was not very comfortable.
