"Availability issues"

The apartments all look beautiful, but the interface between Onefinestay and the owners needs improvement. In December I tried to book apartments in Rome and Paris, both showing as available, only to be told after a few days delay that the apartments weren't actually available. Customer service was very polite, but there is too large a gap between owner and the Onefinestay platform that needs to be closed.

We enjoyed our stay in Notting Hill! The check in was seamless, and the amenities were lovely. I'm looking at the bag of coffee that I brought home with me, labeled "One Fine Stay Blend." The flat was clean, beds and linen comfortable. The king bed was a true US King, and the ensuite had heated floors which was wonderful in winter. My only negative is that it was a little bit of a walk to a tube station, but the positive is that there were three within walking distance. Thank you for a great experience!

"One of the Best One Fine Stay Rental in 8 years of using this Service"

This home had a fantastic location, the perfect space or our adult family of 8. The kitchen was the best we have ever experienced in over 12 OFS rentals. The heated master bathroom toilet was an added plus. The owners were very accommodating in allowing us in a few hours early on our arrival. Parking was easy and the layout was perfect. All the systems worked without any issues.Especially appreciated was a number coded front door lock to avoid the need to juggle keys. It was one our best rental experiences to date and we will try and rebook for next fall.
