"Just Perfect"

The property was exactly what I'd hoped: clean, nicely appointed, quiet, comfortable. The neighborhood was ideal, and the the support team were always available to answer my questions.

"Great property, but the home truths need further explanation"

This is a beautiful property and overall I really enjoyed staying there. It has great access to two tube stations. However, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency in the home truths on two points: First, the home truths make it sound like you will only hear stable and horse activity from during the day beginning at 7:30. While that is true for horse noise in the street, that is not true for horse noise you hear throughout the home on a constant basis. This is because one of the stables isn't just "next door" as stated in the "home truths," but the property actually shares a wall with a stable. So we could actually hear horses throughout the night throughout the entire flat, not just one of the bedrooms. Perhaps this is obvious to people familiar with mews, but as someone who had never seen one before, this was a surprise. The second home truth that needs further clarification is the downstairs utility room. To access the utility room, you must open a glass door in the main floor. Once this door is open, it leaves a gaping hole in the floor that on the kitchen sink side, is a 6 foot drop to the ground. This is a terrible hazard for children, and in fact, one of my children did fall through at that point. Fortunately, she wasn't seriously injured, but it did give us all a terrible scare and we were very lucky. For that reason, I believe the property is unsafe for children, which pains me to say, because our children really did love the property and I wish other children could enjoy it as well - but it's just not safe for children.

"Fabulous get-away"

The villa was great and everything came out beautiful. However this came along with quite a few miscommunications and some problem solving. But in the end we were very happy.

"Lovely stay"

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Holborn, London with onefinestay! The apartment was extremely comfortable and was well situated within walking distance of many conveniences and attractions. Bus and Underground stops are within a few blocks. St. Pancras International Train Station is also nearby, which was especially convenient for us as we had a visitor arriving from France during our stay. A onefinestay rep welcomed us upon arrival and provided an overview of the home. We appreciated many features of the apartment, including the cozy sofas, very comfortable beds, large dining table, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, and washer and dryer.
Throughout our experience, from booking, arranging a last-minute airport transfer, questions about the apartment, and a post-departure inquiry, communication with onefinestay was excellent. Our experience with onefinestay was pleasant and hassle-free and enhanced our family holiday. Thank you.

The apartment on Sloane Gardens is in an excellent location; furnished well; very clean; and very comfortable for our 12 day stay. The company delivered on all our special requests. This is the second time we booked this apartment and were very pleased with the quality of service.

We have been using One Fine Stay for years as we go to St. John, USVI once or twice a year and we least rent a villa. We have had nothing but positive experiences with them. The friendly and helpful service before , the greeters, when we arrive and any questions we have had have been addressed 8n timely and helpful manners.

House was so grand. Better than the photos if that’s possible. House keeping daily and concierge to help you every step of the way. We are absolutely using them again. Far better experience than a resort and cheaper too if you have enough people.

"The location was excellent and the flat…"

The location was excellent and the flat well appointed. We did find the sofa a bit lumpy and recommend it be replaced by a more comfortable one. A place to set your coffee while on the sofa would be nice too. We were happy to see a helpful onefinestay representative to meet us when we arrived. All in all an enjoyable experience.
