"Wonderful customer service; study the photos"

The customer service aspect of One Fine Stay was outstanding from start to finish. Helpful, cooperative, and attentive throughout. I wish I had studied the photos more carefully. I was seduced by the many lovely artworks in the living room; it was smaller than it appeared in the photo, and the same for the kitchen. Although there was sleeping room for two couples, the living spaces and especially kitchen were a cramped for four of us.

"Gibson Square"

The Gibson Square house allowed me to live like a local in gorgeous N1 in London. I walked around the neighborhood daily, took advantage of its proximity to Angel High Street, and enjoyed the views from the expansive drawing room windows.

We had a wonderful stay at Albert Terrace. The location was perfect for our family outings. It offered plenty of room for gathering and also providing private space. The one thing that was unfortunate for us was an inoperative dish washer. There was a promise of a solution, but that did not happen during our stay.

"Very disappointing stay"

Very disappointing stay, after two previous decent ones.

1. Guest toilet didn't work from outset and clearly hadn't been tested prior to our visit; we had to wait 48h for a repair, and chase more than once. And even then, the toilet broke again within 24h.
2. DVD player worked (in that it was obvious a disc was playing) but there was no output to the TV on any channel. And you guys had no suggestions for how to resolve except to pull everything out and look at the cabling which we were naturally very reluctant to do in case we broke something.
3. Heating was very determined to turn itself down so even when we manually adjusted the thermostat to get it to kick in, after a while it'd revert and get quickly cold again.
4. The "basics" given the price-point of your apartments, were incredibly basic. Not even enough tea bags or coffee for one per person per day, and certainly insufficient sugar in the bowl to last the trip. Leaving a Nespresso coffee machine on the counter sort of indicated that might be an option, but no capsules so clearly it was just designed as a tease.

"Palace living in Rome"

We had a lovely experience in Rome last week. Our accommodations were perfect, the arranged driver from the airport to the city was absolutely wonderful after a long flight to a new city, and Alice, our contact, was professional and friendly. She purchased exactly what we wanted for groceries and helped us to get permission to leave our bags for a couple of hours on our last day before our train departure. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.
