"Team worked hard to fix snafus"

Couple of transport and apartment snafus - had to move mid stay. Their team worked very hard to make things right but it definitely interfered with a special vacation. Also there are NEVER instructions for anything in their rentals (greeter not a substitute) - almost a deal breaker for us in the future

"Prompt attention"

We were very well looked after , very hot but we had immediate help with fans and a window pole to open roof window.I would definitely recommend. I would like to point out that the property was very clean but really the Owner needs to be aware of various issues, namely blinds not working , upholstery and carpets need cleaning and chips in crockery!

Loved it. Exceptional. 1 small detail is some of the rooms could have been advertised more as kids rooms & made more comfortable for adults.

Onefinestay’s team was fantastic.
Excellent during the booking and check in.
Super when we needed to contact them and they responded quickly and effectively.
The apartment is very nice, wonderfully furnished and equipped, in a nice area of London, but if there will continue to be very hot summers in London will need air conditioning because in the afternoon the temperature in the house reached 30 degrees

"The villa was beyond our expectations"

The villa was beyond our expectations. It was in a beautiful location atop the highest point in Thira. The house manager, Konstantinos, was fully engaged and communicative with us throughout our stay. He gave us excellent recommendations and made reservations when requested. The housekeeper, Nadia, was also wonderful and made us delicious breakfasts every morning. She kept the home very clean and orderly. We would certainly recommend highly!

"A beautiful home in a wonderful…"

A beautiful home in a wonderful location. Very well furnished, and comfortable for our family of five adults. There were 5/6 flights of stairs between the kitchen and the master bath. Great workout! Walkable to many tourist attractions, Buckingham Palace, St James' Park, Hyde Park, Churchill War Rooms, etc. to great shopping and restaurants in Belgravia and Sloane Square, and equi-distant to Victoria Station and Sloane Sq. station for the tube.

"Beware of deposit recovery…"

Recently completed a 15 night stay for a cost of c£8,000 (my third with OFS), four days after check out am suddenly informed a coffee table has a coffee mark and the deposit of £1000+ will be withheld to deal with this matter. Its been a week and still no resolution until now told £200+ will be charged for a specialist to wipe a coffee mark. Never again.

I have used One Fine Stay on two occasions in London. Aside from a wide choice of homes I find the team to be prompt communicators, professional and collaborative. The necessary admin is made as easy as possible and you have a name and number to call (Some rival firms use anonymous "team A" e-mails and chats etc)
Check in was smooth with a much appreciated welcome pack of essentials and treats. (Again missing from many rivals) The team follow up on mail/txt to see things are going ok. The properties we stayed in were cleaned to a very high standard.

"Fantastic adventure"

The entire experience was perfect. The house was exceptional and well appointed. The grounds were beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful, everything about the house and service was first class. We have used OFS many times and have never been disappointed, but this was the nicest house we’ve ever rented. Better then the photos. Also the proximity to Sienna made for wonderful day trips. Could not recommend any higher. We will be back.

Very well organised. The mews house was as described and we enjoyed our stay. One Fine Stay assisted us with any small issues we had immediately. All in all a great stay. Highly recommend.
