"Lovely summer stay"

This was my first “One Fine Stay” after referrals from two picky friends. The experience lived up to expectations! The website is comprehensive and easy to use. The photos do actually represent the real look of the property. The booking was straightforward but personalised - I received a friendly call from Jack who answered all of my questions promptly. The property itself was in really good condition - light and airy despite being a basement unit in Chelsea, near the bustle of Kings Road but still quite quiet. I was met at the property by a representative who showed me around the unit and again was very thorough. The check in was very swift as was the check out!

Would definitely recommend One Fine Stay and I also look forward to booking this particular unit again!

"We loved our Villa"

We loved our Villa, Avenstar, and had a wonderful stay there. It is very modern, upscale and spacious with a beautiful large pool and sweeping views of the sea.
Only problem was poor water pressure in the third level room which made showers difficult.

"Lovely flat but…"

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a lovely, bright, spacious and very comfortable flat. It has all the amenities one could need and is fitted out to a high standard. We particularly liked the fact that the living area looks out into the communal garden.

We were told that there would be construction work in the building (some time after we had booked the property) but that it would be minimally invasive. There was (extensive by the sound of it) work being done above and below the flat. The builders arrived well before 8am and were extremely noisy. They also worked on the Saturday which was not supposed to happen.
Unfortunately this issue did spoil our stay.

"OFS was easy to work with"

OFS was easy to work with. Our contact on the ground there in Virgin Gorda, Heather, is very communicative throughout the process for the 2 weeks leading up to arrival. I would recommend OFS to anyone considering a vacation wherever they are renting destinations. Prior to interacting with Heather, Michele and Bobbi were also most helpful from the concierge standpoint. All in, we would use them again for our next Caribbean vacation.

"74 Elm Park Gardens. Perfect for a family of 4"

Perfect place for a family of 4. Love the two bathrooms and double bed arrangement in secondary room. Flat is clean and bright, with access to patio and lawn behind. Location was perfect for a quiet stay in a tranquil street in beautiful Chelsea neighborhood but very close to public transport, grocery stores and pubs. Loved the plentiful supply of towels. All appliances and fixtures where high end and working perfectly. The access to the flat is a little bit off putting at first through a very narrow stair into basement, but once inside the flat is a very spacious unit with direct access to garden and plenty of natural light and ventilation . Onefinestay staff was very responsive , but would recommend in the future that they incorporate WhatsApp as one of the methods to contact them as addition to the SMS messaging because in our case it not always worked on our foreign mobile phones.

The property was very sweet and well positioned. We experienced a few hiccups that were unusual for One Fine Stay but overall staff were responsive and professional as usual and experience very good. I am a repeat One Fine Stay guest.
My only real issue was that the beds were made up with polyester sheeting and lumpy, cheap pillows. My advice would be to change this as this is not a "fine" experience. Towels on the other hand were all lovely fluffy, bright white and cotton.

Great experience! Would definitely use the service again. Place was very comfortable, they are generous with towels. The perfect combination of a hotel vs a rental. I do wish they were reachable via whatsapp, as it took a few days at times to get a response to questions/issues.

"REVIEW TO STANHOPE MEWS"

The apartment was conveniently close to Gloucester Road Tube station and the staff at One Fine Stay courteous and prompt to respond. However, the flat advertises for 6 people and we hired it for a lengthy 2 1/2 week stay. There were no empty cupboards and the temporary hanging shelves inadequate, so it really was too small for our family. The entrance on the mews not very welcoming surrounded by back entrance to restaurants.
