Would not hesitate to recommend One Fine Stay for booking a London stay. They were very professional and efficient during the booking process.

The service for booking was very nice.
It was only confusing to book something in New York and dealing with office in London. I realised that later after I wanted to have contact straight away but was not working cause of time difference. There were a few arrows about price-avaiblity. The website gives the prices from the cheapest period. So it's actually not the price at all most of the time when you book in the high season which is summer.
It's an upmarket agency with upmarket prices. So hopefully the place we rent will also be upmarket/clean and great.
The people I spoke to and emailed were very helpful with finding the right place. Thought with me about distance, transport etc what would be good family wise and what not. Don't know the city where we go to so I had to rely on them.
I would recommend the agency to anybody but first will wait to do so after staying in the booked accommodation.

I am a fan used onefinestay many times and the properties and service are always exceptional!

There were times in which when I asked a question it took days to reply if at all, however when I got the travel agent site the response was immediate and it made a great difference. I've asked questions and the reply has been very quick most of the time.
We look forward to our stay in London and Paris later this summer, and will be happy to share our experience at that time.
