Wonderful accommodation for our stay in London.

Excellent check in service - so nice to have representatives meet us at the flat, rather than trying to track them down and then making our way back to the flat with our luggage.

The accommodations were just as described on the website, so no surprises at all. The accommodations were quiet (I am a light sleeper and often have challenges with noisy facilities so this was great!) and comfortable. We stayed in the summer and the weather was warm making the flat quite warm and a bit stuffy, but the fans supplied by One Fine Stay were very helpful, as was the ability to air out the flat through patio door and windows before securing them for the night.

Ideally situated - close (2-10 minute walking distance) to incredible eateries and coffee shops and a nice distance from the Nottinghill Gate Tube station (depending on your pace, a 5-10 minute walk, which I appreciated - our street was quiet and no touristy shops with large crowds on our doorstep). Positioned to provide easy access to tourist type activities (Tube, walking & Santander bikes) but definitely in the heart of a residential community, giving a feel for real life in London without the buzz of tourist traps. The outdoor patio was a lovely amenity space that we used everyday and the kitchen was well appointed with all of the basics.

The representatives from One Fine Stay were wonderful and promptly responded to all of our questions. The provision of an iPhone to help get us around wth preprogrammed apps was perfect! I would recommend One Fine Stay and Chepstow Villas to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle free and enjoyable stay.

Is not good basement appartment i have my son had liver tranplante no air coming and out my wife she craying all the night

"Not the same service we have been used too from one fine stay."

The hot tub didn't work - which was the biggest disappointment. The phone gave us issues and although it was changed we had to wait an extra day. This was our fourth stay at one fine stay and unfortunately for the price we paid didn't get the same level of service we were expecting. Home was nice, welcome was nice (although welcome host was knew and didn't know much about the property or area). The baby cot and high chair should not have come at such a high cost. Love the properties that one fine stay curates, but not sure we can justify the high price and this level of service any more. Thank you.
