"$4,000 Billed, 4 months in advance of stay? What nonsense."

Doesn't indicate anywhere on the website they'll bill the full amount immediately, even if you pay extra for the 'Flexible' rate. Probably a means of artificially minimizing their chargeback rate. Never again!

This will be our third booking in London with Onefinestay. We keep coming back because prefer to rent 'homes' rather than rental properties, and the selection-each area we've wanted to stay in, has always been interesting. There have been a few 'bumps in the road'-almost inevitable when doing business across the other side of the world. What matters then is the way issues are dealt with-and in this area, we've found Onefinestay faultless, always focussed on fixing any problem quickly and efficiently-and not just 'by the book'.
