It was a pleasure dealing with Onefinestay. We were booking last minute so a little frantic but we found a great spot with minimum stress. When we checked in the orientation of the property was very thorough. We were informed that the bath was out of order and that someone would be in to fix it within hours. No one ever turned up to fix the bath and the water temperature in the shower was so lukewarm that you couldn't use it for a shower. We later found a note stating that the main shower temperature tap was not adjustable due to the tap being also being broken. We also were informed not to turn on the underfloor heating in the kitchen as this didn't work either.
While these items may seem trivial when you book a property of the calibre of "onefinestay" you expect everything in the apartment to be operational that's why you pay a premium for such properties.
We enjoyed the concept of the iPhone for use during your stay and this come in very handy with pre loaded apps such as the Underground and places to dine. With unlimited data as well, it was a real bonus. The welcome pack including coffee, tea, milk and snacks was also a nice touch.
