It is always a much higher price with One Fine Stay. Taxes add 15%!!! 75% for early check in after a 11 hour red eye!

After several bad experiences with Airbnb, my wife and I have branched out to other home rental sites and have so far been thoroughly impressed with Onefinestay. As a designer, I enjoyed simply browsing through the stunning professional photos of each crafted residence. While the lack of a 'favorites' indicator made creating/sharing a final list a little less user friendly, the Home Truths, easy-to-access help, and consistent home information made us feel much more confident testing the home rental waters once again. While the application process is a bit more lengthy, knowing that it (potentially) helps increase reliability and consistency makes it well worth it. And providing a cell phone?! An amazing touch for wi-fi dependent foreigners looking to make plans or connect with local friends.
Overall, a fun and exciting experience that has set us much more at ease. Our hopes are high that the stay itself will meet (or even exceed) our expectations. Thank you Onefinestay for breathing some fresh air into an industry which desperately needs some tweaking.

"A VERY Fine Stay"

We have stayed in two locations, ( LA and London) and have found both to be exceptional. The service is courteous, efficient and worthy of Concierge at a 5 star hotel. The accommodations were perfect for our needs, and we were really impressed with the iPhone and linens and helpfulness of the staff. We are staying in Paris in two weeks and were very grateful for the advice and thoughtfulness of the booking staff. I would highly recommend OFS for anyone wanting a very classy and well appointed home in which to relax and enjoy and really get to know a city, not just a hotel room.

We have not yet stayed at our One Fine Stay accommodation so this review is based on our enquiry and booking process only. I unreservedly recommend this company due to the ease of booking, excellent customer service and extremely helpful (but not overbearing) staff. I emailed on Easter Saturday, Australian time, with a very specific request for number of people - including a nanny and two children of quite different ages, so not a straight forward request - and despite it being the Easter weekend I received not one but five appropriate accommodation options, all very good options and all under our budget, within the area we were looking for and appropriate for the number and types of people coming. Very impressed.
