The staff is mostly terrific in London, particularly Marta.

The property descriptions are not fully accurate or consistent. We had been very clear that we did not want properties with a queen sized bed but that was what was provided and OFS insisted that king sized meant UK king which is the equivalent of US queen even though the OFS agent acknowledged that we did NOT want a queen in an email exchange. This was not a failure of communication, it was just a failure.
This was major irritation since I am recovering from surgery and my wife and i wound up in separate bedrooms

Very good experience! The place looked exactly like on the photos, the onefinestay concierge was friendly and helpful and when something needed fixing someone came within an hour to sort it out although it was Friday late evening.

to start with , the whole experience from start to finish was absolutely amazing , communication was quick and easy and the team were extremely friendly . the flat i reserved exceeded my expectations in every thing except one thing, which i will write below . the meet and greet was great, someone was waiting for me on the flat and they have tracked my flight, which was delayed, and they found out about that so they stayed extra time in the flat until i arrived. the flat was spottless , every thing was either as or better than the images and truly it was such a nice experience . the only reason i did not give it 5 star was that the shower was leaking a bit of water so to avoid wasting water i did not truly enjoy my showers every morning . otherwise it was an absolute 5 star experience. i was extremely pleasantly surprised when the team issued me a gift voucher for my next stay to compensate for the shower experience. this is what i call 5 star service. i would be staying with one fine stay again for sure.

We had a wonderful experience with onefinestay in Rome. Our apartment was beyond gorgeous in the BEST part of the city! The onefinestay team were so helpful during the entire process -- from booking (before Covid) to extending until it was safe to travel, to our final stay in Rome. I will absolutely use them again on my next trip!
