"Westbourne Grove is a great…"

Westbourne Grove is a great neighborhood with everything you could need or want close by: wonderful food shops, restaurants, pharmacies and 3 tube stops within ten minutes. Paddington is a quick cab ride away. The apartment was spotless, as always. The kitchen was terrific and the two bedrooms were wonderful and quiet. The living room was spacious but as it is a corner apartment on the third floor the traffic noise took alot of getting used to; we were grateful to be there in the winter. There is no photo of the building in the listing so we were dismayed when we arrived as it is an unattractive building. I also suggest that the ensuite bathroom have towel rails installed (a heated one is in the other). Having said that, we were comfortable and slept well and loved our time in London. OFS, as usual, did everything we asked them to do. This is our 6th or 7th rental with OFS and we look forward to the 8th!

We stayed in the Pied Bull Court property.

When we left/checked out of the property, it was at 6am on a Monday morning. As instructed, I left one set of keys on the dining table and put the other set through the letter box. But, that meant that I didn't have keys to unlock the outer gate at 6am. There is no security to let us out, so we had to climb over the outer gate with suitcases and all.

Please warn other visitors. We are lucky that there were three of us to help each other, especially handing suitcases to each other, but if one was by themselves or not very fit, one would be in trouble.

You should warn visitors that if they leave before the outside gate is unlocked, they will have a problem.

Everything was perfect ... from the greater who helped us settle in, to the amazing location to the comfortable and beautiful apartment. We loved it!

Had a great time at 9 First Street. Its a beautiful, family home and 5 of us spent Thanksgiving in London there. House is great for a group-kitchen is fabulous-location was easy to get around and the shops and restaurants near by were all decorated for the holidays!

We enjoy traveling with onefinestay, because of the personal service. It begins with the booking process where one can always trust on comprehensive advice from the staff, goes to the personal reception at one of the properties and ends at checkout. Furthermore we can experience the location as a local and not as a tourist..and if things go wrong the staff is there to help and remove the issue.
