"Easy - breaks are the tops"

We have used easy - breaks for many years and keep coming back. Service is always excellent, but on this occasion booking was simplified because although we were booking a trip involving 4 hotels we were able to pay the total cost on one card transaction instead of 4 as previously. The representative was quick, thorough and cheerful - everything was checked - hotels, dates, costs, special requirements. I would and do recommend easy - breaks to all my friends. More hotels in the southern half of England please.

"Have booked with Easybreaks for many…"

Have booked with Easybreaks for many years and could not fault the experience of booking with them until now. On booking my latest trip the advert for the hotel showed dogs stayed free but was told I had to pay ÂŁ20 for 2 nights as I questioned this they phoned the hotel who said it was ÂŁ10 per stay, had I said nothing I would have been overcharged, the advert was quickly changed after my booking. I am also a member of Easybreaks best customers and was told years ago I did not have to pay the booking fee for my loyalty to them, I was shattered to be told on this booking that has now been stopped, I felt I should have been informed of this when it was decided. There are many booking sites now that you don't have to pay a ÂŁ6 admin fee and I will be using them in the future.
