I tried very hard on the computer to book a room for two at Scotlands Hotel in Pitlochry. I detailed three different lots of dates and each time in came up on my screen that there was NO availability. Upon eventually GIVING UP, I then got on to Milda, your very welcoming and ABLE telephone assistant who was MOST helpful and was able to arrange accommodation at the above hotel for my FIRST choice of dates, arranged to phone me back with details etc. and finalised my booking very PROFESSIONALLY. Computers are all very well, BUT, speaking to a human GETS RESULTS. Thank you Milda for YOUR efforts.
