Lovely place lovely food. Some great service in restaurant but some forgot order. Poor in swimming pool as one needs to come out of changing room walk 30 yards with swimwear on THROUGH SEMI PUBLIC AREA.

My husband was unable to log-in to access his account on the new site, and he emailed to try and resolve the issue or get advice- no response as yet. So I did the booking for a hotel in Stirling and I noted 2 ref numbers. It took over an hour after the booking transaction to get email confirmation which caused uncertainty. If John had been able to log-in and do the reservation, he would have had access to booking records and perhaps immediate re-assurance of the new booking and hotel detail being live.
