Not impressed with your new Website, it doesn’t give as much information and is harder to navigate, not as easy to check a hotel or area before booking.

Have had many short breaks with easy-breaks. Always excellent value- only once was slightly below par.( There was a major football game on and the hotel staff were very busy in the bar).
On making phone inquiries at any time,staff have always been very helpful and polite.
I will continue to use easy-breaks for short breaks.

I booked a overnight stay for my wife and I, the deal seemed too good to be true and it was turns out the hotel had made a mistake. we were then contacted buy easy break offering pay the difference book something else or full refund. we found something else as my wife and I had already booked holidays from work.
We have still to go on this stay so might get an upgrade for my trouble.

We were given a gift voucher in January to use with Easy Breaks. Found it difficult to get dates to suit our needs. We have used easy breaks many times before. The booking of the hotel etc was easy .
