"Booking Difficulty"

I had a difficulty making my booking as I got an error message and a confirmation number, so it wasn’t clear if my booking had gone through. This was resolved with a quick phone call to the friendly staff to check on the status of my booking.

"The new website has many failings …"

The new website has many failings compared to the old version. It is much harder to search for specific breaks away, especially if you wish to take pets with you. The Online chat service although friendly couldn't answer my questions so phoned up the hotel anyway which really made the website not required as the booking could have been done direct to the hotel removing the admin fee and the use of Easy Breaks all together. Infuriating payment system with way too many fill in fields which crashed and I had to fill in everything again which this time didn't take contact details so a hotel was supposedly booked but no confirmation has been received! The new website is not a patch on the old user friendly one.

I AND MY LATE WIFE HAVE USED EASY BREAKS FOR MANY YEARS.
WE HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD BREAK, OF COURSE THERE HAVE BEEN LITTLE PROBLEMS AT VARIOUS HOTELS. WHICH WERE PUT RIGHT ASAP. NOW I AM SINGLE AGAIN I CONTINUE TO USE EASY BREAKS, AND DO GIVE MY RECOMMENDATION TO ANY NEW CUSTOMERS

Staff are always helpful, polite, cannot fault any hotels I have chosen / stayed in, albeit short breaks in Scotland.
