Booked in evening - only to get a call next day saying hotel was fully booked and we couldn't go I thought internet was meant to be helpful !!! Nothing beats speaking directly to a human being when making a booking!!

Very very disappointed on making a booking for a two night DBB break only to be phoned the next morning to be told that the hotel now couldn't take us, but still offering room availability on other breaks. In fact the hotel was still showing 9 double 9 twin available, but we were informed website hadn't been updated...poor poor structure of website
