No problem booking break I wanted. Only problem was hotel tried to charge for accommodation again.

Absolutely nothing wrong with Easy Breaks themselves but am I the only person who doesn't like the new website?

I like to browse different hotels to get the best price etc. However, almost every date and hotel I have tried I am unable to get a 'proper' price - often great variations price - and when I go to book it takes me to a page that says "No break available, please amend your search".

I realise that teething troubles happen with a new site but the glitches has been happening for quite a while now - Easy Breaks must be losing a lot of trade I imagine.

I booked by telephone as I wanted to clarify a few points. The person I spoke to was very helpful and able to answer all my questions and able to book me into the hotel I was interest5ed in.

It would help a bit if the administrative charge was included in the price. I don't like being told there is another charge to pay when making the booking. Otherwise service was good.
