Website is easy to use, however a major flaw for gift voucher holders, there is nowhere online to enter your voucher code, therefore you have to call. Staff are very friendly and helpful. This has to be rectified as its pretty standard to have an area for voucher codes/promo codes on a website.

I also feel that charging a £6 admin fee for every booking is a step too far. Our £150 voucher used for two bookings was worth £138 in reality and this is misleading for anyone purchasing gift vouchers.
