I spoke to Thomas at Easy-Breaks and he was fantastic. He sorted everything out for me including some special requirements for my disabled mum. Very polite and helpful, I wish all companies were like this!!!

Nice helpful guy on the telephone. However the hidden charges made by Easy-Breaks are annoying. We were using an Easy-Breaks voucher for £60 to book 2 nights in the Killin Hotel. Firstly £3.00 admin charge. Why? We paid using a debit NOT a credit card!
Next, a £15 extra charge in case we cancelled the booking or some other vague reason??? What is that all about?
It would therefore appear that it is impossible to book with Easy-Breaks anything with them at the nationally advertised price.
I will follow this booking up with a Council Trading Standards enquiry to check if these non optional increased charges are legitimate.
The outcome, in my opinion is that Easy-Breaks is a rip off. I would never use this company again.
We were also charged 2 × £7.50 = £15.00 for our dog despite being almost sure this hotels pet charge was only £7.50 per stay.
