Booking process is fraught with difficulty. Problems with password reset, couldn't book because couldn't remember my log in details, had to password rest twice as email didn't come through immediately. Problems with making a payment, process very slow and cumbersome and payment has come off twice. Have been using easybreaks for years and same old same old each time. On,y persevere with it because they offer best price.
