Scammers to the core! I'm totally disappointed at the way they behaved and handled the whole situation! My daughter had bought 3 necklaces as a surprise gift. To my horror the necklaces were of cheap/ poor quality, something one can get for Rs100-200 at any Indian local market! My daughter spent $42 each!!! Funny thing,PANASH wants me to ship all the necklaces back at my cost and lie saying the items are defective and costed me under US $20, the reason being, PANASH won't have to face any problems at the CUSTOMS!! Now comes the second part, PANASH won't refund any amount but would rather give me a store credit !!! I mean are you serious????

Horrible, please save yourself the trouble and never buy from them. I placed an order on April18th, it was supposed to be shipped at May5th, it's now may15th. My item still hasn't been shipped. Can't get a hold of any one from the support team. Scam and trash. F@#$%!# scumbag

"Poor communication and Availability"

The website stated that my item will ship in 10 days. It actually shipped in 21 days. I was given no notice of a delay or there being an issue. I reached out to Panash on day 10 and was then notified of a delay. I reached out again in day 15 and then again on day 20. It was my brother’s wedding and I needed this outfit. Because Panash failed to communicate anything with me, I had to wear an older outfit. Absolutely ridiculous!

False advertising in their website about shipping time, sizes, material also the print looks different than pics. Return policy is so bad which will cost you more than the product cost because return shipping is in India. NEVER BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS SITE.
