The original quote was fantastic, Eric gave me the information that I needed and then left. There was no hard sell at all and I had all the information I needed. They also honoured the quote when I had the work done 6 months later. I was fitted in very quickly after that. There were very high winds on the day of the fitting but the guys turned up at 08.30 and were done by 11. They did a fantastic job and left the outside cleaner when they arrived. Can't recommend Coral enough!!

Had the pleasure of wasting two hours of my life with one of their salesmen called Keith on Saturday. Asked him about 5 times for the 50%off January deal which he was adamant was already applied to it and then proceeded to quote me over 12k for 6 windows and a composite door with scaffolding due to shape of roof and also new sofit/facias above the 5 windows upstairs.
The biggest window we wanted is a standard size living room window and the price alone for that was nearly 1700 at a supposed 50% off. Also the quote without the front door was 3k less so they must've been very very expensive doors if that's half price?
I even rang the company afterwards to check if this was a mistake and still couldn't get a correct answer to whether the 50% off had been applied or not, eventually they came back to me with a "special" deal just for me at a reduced price of 9k which is still nearly double of other quotes! Maybe you will get them on a good day when they will actually honour their special deals/offers but doubt it! Would be zero stars for wasting my time if I could give it.

The products was very good, the installation was good, but there was a lot of mess outside the house and broken glass that I had to clear up, I agreed to vacuum inside the property.
