I ordered four of these items and the delivery was delayed 10 days due to the amount of orders.
I emailed that I needed them within seven days and then replied immediately, expedited my order, gave me a tracking number and I had my gifts within three days.
Now that is customer service!!

I ordered on December 4. I got an email same day saying they are preparing the order, then radio silence. I will edit if I hear back but after sending them a message on Instagram as well as email, I got a message in Instagram saying they're taking a break from responding.
