Ordering was easy. A bit annoying to keep receiving additional offers but I understand it's how you get additional purchases. I did not give a 5 because you really pushed prompts so I did rethink and order another XL blanket only to find out it's on back order after I asked why it was taking so long from our original delivery. Frustrating.

I placed the order on 01/24. I’ve sent two emails inquiring as to the order status with no response. PayPal shows the charge, but still no order. Disappointed with lack of communication. I was refunded quickly, so I appreciate that. It seems like a great product. If having inventory issues just say so. I think customers will wait for it. On another note I ordered the same product from Amazon and they attempted delivery the next day, today. Unfortunately they tried to deliver it to the wrong town/address. Let’s see if it actually arrives. Must be me.

"super disappointed."
I ordered at the beginning of December 2024. I waited patiently and it did not arrive in time for Christmas. I waited. at the one month mark, i emailed. I got a prompt email stating that they were experiencing high volume and it would be shipped in the next few days and i would be sent tracking info. Nothing came.
Then, at the end of January, I sent another inquiry, where they indicated that they latest delivery date would be Feb 4, 2025. I have checked back a couple of times and it keeps saying "We are currently preparing these items for shipping."
Today (mid February) I called and a very polite gentleman answered. After looking into my order number, he informed me that they have been backlogged and it would be shipped in the next 8 days or I could cancel.
I really didn't want to cancel, but it felt like a bait and hook. I am very much hoping that the refund show up.
Please be honest with people about the ordering and delivery...and maybe send them out in order that they were placed.

Very easy experience purchasing this item. Yes, hoping I don’t have to use it, but having it and a fire extinguisher just makes our home a little safer. Anything to prevent a small fire from expanding is well worth it.
