Delivery arrived within two working days. Excellent delivery guy, arrived exactly as per tracking message and was polite, considerate and helpful. Nothing was a problem, he carried items around to our conservatory and stacked them safely against wall inside as requested. Especially helpful as we are both in our mid seventies and unable to lift and carry easily. Would recommend carrier and particularly this driver very highly. As yet I can’t comment on the product as it has not yet been installed. Time will tell on that score.

The service from Royal Bathroom is outstanding. I order a vanity unit and a basin which unfortunately did not fit. When reaching out about my mistake they were very supportive and helped me to get a new unit ordered and the wrong one collected with clear details about the process. The new unit arrived super fast and the other unit collected at the same time. Best five star service I have received for a long time. When we start the next bathroom I know were to go, for the service and the large selection available to choose from.

My good lady took the parcel from courier? If I'd been in i wouldn't have accepted it? This parcel looked as if it had been in storage for years? The box was ripped open and was covered in fungal growth with water stains, and the polystyrene protection was broken in two. Not a good advertisement. But the shower head was in good order.
